    My experience at horel Palazzo Ricasoli Residence

    The best thing of this hotel is its location as it's close to the Railway Station and the town centre. It's clean and the breakfast is OK, too.

    However, the hotel itself needs to be improved. As regards the room where I stayed, even though it was big, it was old and very dark (there were only three tiny lamps on three tables from which only two worked), the air conditioning was extremely noisy, impossible sleeping when it was on and it did not cool enough.

    The shower was quite small and you had to be careful with its glass partitions because they moved.

    In general, bearing in mind its facilities, I don't think this is a 4 stars hotel.
