    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food is amazing, the staff are welcoming, especially jenny at the reception. The dinner and breakfast buffet are very satisfying and full of choices. I will definitely visit again.

    My opinion about this hotel Le Méridien Abu Dhabi

    Overall the experience is okay. It just had some issues on their valet. We are about to get our car but the valet refused to get the car and instead gave us the key and told us to get it by ourselves. We find it so strange and felt insulted. Just because we were Asians? We noticed that if guests are Arabs or Westerners the attendant was quick to respond. After we have arrived from the hotel we asked the attendant to valet it for us but just the same we were told to park by ourselves. We have paid so much just to be humiliated by this.

    We have decided to make a complaint at the concierge desk but redirected to FO then Front Office redirected us to concierge again. The concierge guy who redirected us even raised his voice when we ask him why we are being passed around. :(
