Located in a famous old cinema, built in 1942, the hotel UR Palacio Avenida-Only Adults is a striking building with a modern and stylish design, which offers breathtaking views of the city of Palma de Mallorca.
The hotel opened in January 2009 after two years of careful restoration. The renowned interior architect Bruno Borrione from Philippe Starck team achieved a perfect combination of a very modern design and the hotel classic comfort. Its 68 rooms and suites are elegant and have a cozy and contemporary furniture design combining the latest technology. Since some of them you can enjoy beautiful views to Bellver Castle and the mountains of the Sierra de Tramontana. In addition, the hotel UR Palacio Avenida offers a gourmet restaurant, a lobby bar and our Gastrobar ?Las Jotas? at street level. Our restaurant Avenida is the best place to enjoy a natural cooking, healthy and simple, which noted for the quality of its products.
