We booked a triple room (destina). We got a double room with an extra bed. This room is too small for 3 persons (2 adults and a child of 7). We arrived in the evening and the staff could not give us an other room, but the very very nice receptionists told us that the next morning it was definitely possible to change rooms. And that was true. We got the most beautiful room of the entire hotel: 396 (balcony on the south looking out over the beach)! This is a family room (we had to pay a little extra, but it was worth every penny and more than that).
Food was ok. Buffet: so there is always something different to eat.
The room was kept very clean and the staff was very nice. On our balcony was a broken tile. I told the receptionist and he would fixed it inmediately and apologized a thousend times for it. We did something wrong with the safe in our room. I went to the reception and I could not blink with my eyes and there was a technician to fix it.So the service is very very good.
