    My opinion about this hotel Daniya Denia

    We stayed with this hotel last year and were happy to book again, but a year is obviously a long time, in this period the facilities for Tea and Coffee tray in the room was no longer available, we would have been happy to pay an extra charge for a kettle in the room but this was not an option, not what we expected from a 4 Star hotel.

    We were in contact with local business\'s in the area and intended to use your business facilities we were informed the business centre for use of IT was not available., as the system was not working. Considering this as a business hotel this was disappointing, yes there was WIFI in the room however with new airport regulations we did not want to bring our lap top with us from the UK.

    Went to the reception area for change for a 2 Euro coin for a bottle of water out of the machine and had to wait 10 minutes until the receptionist finished her telephone call before she acknowledged me.

    The mattress on the bed was really hard and uncomfortable

    Generally the care and attention had gone and we will probably look for a different hotel in Denia on our next visit.

    Sorry - IŽm not able to answer in Spanish! The hotel is very different: Hall and rooms are pretty and big like used for a 4-star ranking. The breakfastroom was very simple, cooled down extremely every morning.(max 2 star level) Breakfast was fresh and okay, but allways the same during our stay for 12 days. No yoghurt or similar foods. Restaurant for the evening: pretty good until July 2nd. Pool area: nice and good with shady areas. Localisation: outside the city, appartment buildings around and some dirty estates on the way to the town. Under the line: good value for the money Best regards Heinz Ekat
