Our original room was rather dark and noisy, however when we asked if we could be moved we were given a much brighter and better room which was very comfortable. The kitchen equipment was somewhat basic but there are a great number of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby - no need to eat in. The staff were all most helpful and friendly. The position of the apartments is very central, only a few minutes walk from Puerta del Sol If we visit Madrid again we would certainly stay here. :D
